As we see more downstream asset owners in the UK set industry recognised competency based joint integrity qualifications for those working with bolted joints on critical process pressurised systems, its great to see a contracting company take the initiative of investing in its workforce to help prove competency of its workers and raise the bar in terms of quality and safety at site.
This week we return to West Wales to deliver industry recognised joint integrity training and assessment to learners from Rhyal Engineering.
Based in Pembrokeshire, Rhyal Engineering operate within the oil/gas, petrochemical, chemical, aviation, power, water and bulk storage industries and is one of the UK’s leading specialist storage tank contracting companies, whose core business is the design, supply, fabrication, erection, welding and testing of large diameter site constructed storage tanks and vessels.
This training follows a line of recent initiatives taken by other contracting companies to comply with site standards and industry guidelines to improve quality and safety to ensure a leak free process environment.
Good luck to all learners
