Engineering investment that speaks volumes

We’re proud to see one of our valued clients, Bradley Pulverizer, strengthening their engineering capability by enrolling key personnel on our industry-approved Mechanical Joint Integrity training programme.

From commissioning and design engineers to operations and maintenance teams, the programme provides a deeper understanding of the legal requirements, industry standards, and the science behind bolted joints – empowering professionals to deliver safer and more compliant practices.
And it doesn’t stop at the technical know-how; the programme also addresses Human Factors, including the critical concept of Chronic Unease, helping participants recognise risks early and act proactively to prevent incidents.

What’s truly inspiring is the depth of commitment: even their Vice President of Sales and Operations completed the course, setting a powerful example of a leadership-driven culture of learning, safety, and continuous improvement – wholeheartedly embraced across every level of the business.

It’s more than training, it’s a strategic investment in people and performance. Kudos to Ian Hancock Eng Tech MIET IEng FIMechE and all the team at Bradley Pulverizer. We look forward to welcoming next weeks cohort of learners.
