However, we know we can’t solve this challenge alone. We need to collaborate with industry leaders, educational institutions, and government bodies to create a sustainable solution.
By working together, we can:
✅ Partner with employers to align our training with their specific needs and provide valuable experience for engineering apprentices.
✅ Work with colleges and learning establishments to ensure academic curricula are relevant and up-to-date.
✅ Work with schools and collaborate in STEM projects
✅ Engage with local and national government to secure funding and support for these vital programmes.
