Our mechanical joint integrity training courses are registered with ReAct Plus.
Our industry approved training courses in mechanical joint integrity and bolted flange joint assembly can provide you with the necessary certification.
Remember, the principles of mechanical joint integrity apply across diverse industries, making this training valuable for whatever industry sector you choose to work in.
Bolted Flange Joint Assemblies (BFJAs) play a critical role in maintaining the integrity and safety of piping systems in all process industries.
Here’s why it’s crucial to make bolted flange joints correctly and safely:
1. Safety
2. Leak prevention
3. System Reliability
Industry regulations, standards and guidelines emphasise the importance of preventing loss of primary containment (LOPC) and the UK offshore industry and downstream COMAH sites in the chemical, petrochemical, nuclear and power/energy industries (inc. renewables) therefore insist on having skilled, trained, competent and suitably qualified personnel to make bolted flange joints.
