In addition to our Chronic Unease training course, we are pleased to announce our second Human Performance training course that we will be delivering to industry in the New Year;
This course is ECITB (Engineering & Construction Industry Training Board) accredited. The objective of the course is to introduce people who work in hazardous environments and are involved in safety critical tasks to the culture of Behavioural Based Safety through an introduction to the subject of Human Performance (HuP).
The outcome of the training is to attempt to reduce those accidents that can be attributed to Human Performance by instilling a greater understanding of the capabilities and limitations of people in the work environment.
This course is perfectly placed for those working in industry who want to understand the importance of human performance in safety and business effectiveness. This includes:
Supervisors and Managers: To help them manage performance and engage with their teams more effectively.
Safety Officers: To enhance their knowledge of human performance models and error prevention tools.
Project Engineers: To apply human performance principles in their projects for better outcomes.
Team Leaders: To improve communication and reduce errors within their teams.
