We don’t just deliver training, we deliver an experience!

We ensure all learners who attend our NPT Employability programmes understand the requirements set out by UK industry for mechanical joint integrity; the legal requirements, the standards and guidelines that ensure we reduce loss of containment, accidents and fatalities throughout our process industries.

We deliver Human Performance (HuP) training; particularly the subject of ‘Chronic Unease’ and how it helps individuals and organisations to continuously question and improve their safety practices.

We pride ourselves on our approach of enabling all learners to understand the science behind making bolted flanged joints; the WHY we do it as well the HOW we do it and our ‘hands on’ training ethos allows learners to gain invaluable practical experience throughout the training programme timeframe – gaining ECITB qualifications as well as BS EN standard certification for mechanical joint integrity and Human Performance enables these men and women to help prove a level of competency to any future employer.

All qualifications are assessed through a combination of formative question and answer sessions, formative tests, written theory tests and practical exercises.

The latest cohort of learners have once again proved to us that those leaving the steel industry possess the necessary underpinning knowledge and practical knowhow to develop their skills and to gain employment within the process industries in Wales and the rest of the UK.

And it doesn’t stop there!! Zulu Joint Integrity & Training Ltd has committed to supporting these men and women after our training programme has been completed – boosting individual confidence and knowledge. Our post-training support is a key factor in ensuring that the investment in training yields long-term benefits for everyone.

We need to keep promoting this POSITIVITY. For far too long those working at Tata Steel Port Talbot (including contractors) have been subjected to negativity and an unknown future. And for those that are leaving or have left, its evident that their paths to employment are full of potential.
